These terms cover your use of whoa-app.com, the WHOA marketing website. They do not govern use of the WHOA application itself — if your organization uses WHOA, that is covered by the separate agreement between WHOA and your organization, and that agreement takes precedence over anything here.

You are welcome to read this site, share links to it, and get in touch. Please do not attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the site or the systems behind it, scrape it in a way that degrades it for others, or use it to send anything unlawful.
Requesting a demo
Submitting the demo request form starts a conversation; it does not create a contract, reserve anything, or oblige either of us to go further. Any pricing, availability or capability discussed before a signed agreement is indicative.
What is on this site
The text, design, and WHOA name and branding on this site belong to WHOA. You may quote or link to the site with attribution; please ask before republishing it wholesale or using the branding.
